About the house and neighborhood
PARKING- There are two designated parking spaces, number 314 and 315. Please be sure to only park in those spots or a designated visitor space. Other numbered spaces are owned by other homes. Complete rules related to parking are on the HOA website.

TRASH - Collected on Monday and Thursday. Recycling is collected on Wednesday. Complete rules related to trash are on the HOA website.

CLEANING THE COUNTERS- Please do NOT use bleach on the kitchen counters. Use ONLY the granite cleaner provided or WINDEX.

FIREPLACE - Be sure to open the flue before using!

RECREATION: There are Tot Lots, a basketball court and walking trails in the community. Please visit the Activities page for more to do.

CHECK IN - You will be given an electronic door code before you arrive to use during your stay. We want you to enjoy yourself. If anything does not work ,
please do let us know.

CHECK OUT - please be sure that all doors/windows are locked and lights have been turned off. Your door code will expire automatically. Put trash out at the curb.
​
Close the chimney flue if you used the fireplace.
About the rental process.

Complete a rental application & credit/background check

Submit deposit (usually $1500, plus extra for pets)

Sign a lease. Minimum 30 days month to month. Discount for 1 year or more. Minimum 30 days notice to vacate. Once deposit and lease are received, the house is reserved.

Pay first rent at least 3 business days before moving in.

You will be given your door access code which will activate on move-in day.​
